Yesterday The Canary Party and her partners who have worked for a year on getting hearings on vaccine injury in Congress were informed that the hearing on the VICP that was set for December 4th has been postponed until next year. We had a call this morning with the staff of the House Committee on Oversight and Government to get more clarity on their decision, and were informed that while the community of vaccine injured families is eager to testify, they were finding "reluctance" from others to participate in the hearings.

Our response? Of course they don't want to participate in these hearings! Those both inside and outside of government who are involved in the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program and the monumental injustice that is being inflicted on untold thousands of vaccine injured children do not want to have to show up and explain what they have done under oath!

One thing is clear... Vaccine interests have been fighting this hearing in a way we have never seen before.

Unfortunately for those waiting for justice, the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has been postponed (likely until next year) due to the Chairman’s desire to obtain more official information and background from CDC and HHS prior to the hearings.

This delay in the hearing timing gives everyone a few more days to send SafeMinds your stories. Make sure you tell Congress your experiences with the VICP, even if you never filed a case. In addition to those who filed vaccine injury cases, SafeMinds is interested in knowing what prevented or deterred people from filing cases. We know from conversations with parents of autistic children, that many of you have not filed but have vaccine injured children. Be sure to include things like a lack of information on what to do from your doctor, lawyer or health department; discouragement from anyone – including medical staff; or concerns including failure to provide timely information or to document or corroborate your child’s problems from physician’s offices, staff or insurance companies.

This is Ronan. This is Ronan post seizure. His seizure were brought on by vaccine injury. Today, his seizures are gaining in duration, frequency and intensity. I fear what they will do to his health and possibly his life.

MB Comment: No wonder doctors say vaccines are perfectly safe, they don’t know what a vaccine adverse reaction is! Here is a quote from this new medical journal survey of vaccine providers (AE = adverse event). ‘Results indicate that if an AE was suspected, 17% of respondents would not know how to report it, with 61% of respondents citing unclear definitions of a reportable AE as a barrier and 18% of respondents unaware of whose responsibility it is to report an AE.’

I have been researching a specific vaccine since February of 2007 and I have learned so much about how the FDA, CDC and the other organizations like the ACIP like to skew the data for their own purposes. It has gotten to the point that you can no longer trust or believe in what they say. They have gotten to the point where they will intentionally underreport the adverse events of any drug or vaccine to suit the purpose of God knows who. Here are the facts in their own words. At the end I will show you the impact this underreporting has on our youth with the HPV vaccine. I will underscore the parts I feel are important for you to remember.

We are living in the age of disinformed consent. Parents assume their doctors and their public health authorities are providing them with all relevant vaccine information, and nothing could be further from the truth.

Obviously, if vaccines can kill and cause serious and debilitating lifelong damage – which they can, and do – the vaccine administrator must provide that information to the client, in unambiguous fashion, regardless of the estimated size of the risk. It’s an ethical mandate that must be fulfilled, but it never is. There is a fundamental reason: medical schools don’t teach the history and nature of vaccine damage and death; nor do nursing and pharmacy schools. Yet doctors, nurses, and, these days, pharmacists, are the very ones who administer vaccines, and upon whom we rely for full information. Somewhere there is made a conscious decision to exclude the reality of serious vaccine damage from the curricula.

Most of the many doctors who have witnessed vaccine damage – thankfully, not all – lack the professional integrity to follow up with curiosity, let alone research. This is the most troubling of the array of vaccine contradictions; trained to observe, they nevertheless appear blind to even the possibility of causal relation.
