This past year, we have seen many lawmakers in the U.S. and other countries vote to eliminate or severely restrict civil liberties in the name of the public health. One of the most outrageous legislative actions violating parental and human rights took place in Washington, DC in November 2020 when City Council officials gave doctors the power to vaccinate children as young as 11 years old and hide what they did from parents. Bills to either remove or restrict vaccine exemptions have been filed across the U.S. in 2019. One of the most striking was New York’s A2371, which eliminated the religious exemption to vaccination in one day, with no public hearings. Soon after, New York state health officials eliminated the ability of doctors to grant medical exemptions to schoolchildren, too.1

The bill’s sponsors justified its passage by bringing up the more than 800 cases of measles reported in New York City from September 2018 to June 2019, although reportedly no schoolchildren with religious vaccine exemptions had developed the disease.2

Measles continues to be a Trojan Horse for legislators to increase vaccine mandates and eliminate vaccine exemptions, but mandatory vaccination laws built around measles fearmongering aren’t aimed only at measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccination.

The argument made for denying a public education to children who are selectively vaccinated or unvaccinated is the risk they pose to the immune-compromised who can’t be vaccinated. It’s a heart-warming story motivated out of compassion for those children who are medically fragile. Or is it?

If we take these pro-mandate advocates at their word, then it would follow that we also cannot allow any child or adult to attend our public schools and daycares who isn’t fully immunized. This means not just being vaccinated, but rather genuinely immunized against infectious diseases.

Kenya’s Catholic bishops are charging two United Nations organizations with sterilizing millions of girls and women under cover of an anti-tetanus inoculation program sponsored by the Kenyan government.

According to a statement released Tuesday by the Kenya Catholic Doctors Association, the organization has found an antigen that causes miscarriages in a vaccine being administered to 2.3 million girls and women by the World Health Organization and UNICEF. Priests throughout Kenya reportedly are advising their congregations to refuse the vaccine.

“We sent six samples from around Kenya to laboratories in South Africa. They tested positive for the HCG antigen,” Dr. Muhame Ngare of the Mercy Medical Centre in Nairobi told LifeSiteNews. “They were all laced with HCG.”

I am sick of it – this vaccination debate. My convictions not to vaccinate have been firm for six years now and I was comfortable living a low-profile life and letting other more notable activists carry the torch; and then I started seeing misleading t.v. interviews, news stories, and backlash against parents and unvaccinated children. I saw reputable medical professionals get crucified and reputations destroyed for questioning the mainstream norm. I saw laws passed in other states removing freedoms that rightfully belong to parents and individuals as a whole. I saw fear, blame, finger-pointing, lies, and flat out hate being propagated and encouraged by people, physicians, and popular media avenues towards parents who don’t vaccinate, and their children.

This isn’t a vaccination debate, it’s a hate debate, so let’s call it what it is. And when it got personal, I got involved. Most importantly, I felt the need to clear a few things up:

Colorado officials are considering tightening the rules for vaccinations, and may make it more difficult for parents to claim religious exemptions for their kids. Right now, opting out of inoculation is typically as easy as filling out a form. (Seriously? the doctor's signature alone is not convincing?) California's Governor Brown, when signing AB 2109 into law, directed the Department of Public Health to allow for a separate religious exemption on the form, so that people whose religious beliefs are opposed vaccinations won't be required to seek a health care practitioner's signature. The Department complied, and included a religious exemption in its form.

Anti-vaccination activists in Israel have recently resorted to threatening critics with defamation suits over comments in online social-media discussions. This is not a new tactic: In several countries, anti-vaccination activists have brought lawsuits against critics, with very little success in actually winning cases but with a potential chilling effect on the discussion. Such a tactic is inappropriate – both because of its effect on the market of ideas and because the anti-vaccination activists themselves regularly engage in personal attacks on critics. Israeli Courts or disciplinary boards should not support or allow this attempt to silence vaccine advocates, and Israeli citizens and supporters of Israel deserve to know this tactic is used.

Anti-vaccination activists have sued critics in the United States, Australia, and the U.K.. The suits were almost universally weak, and most were dismissed (in some cases, those sued settled). They did, however, require time and resources from those sued, and served as a threat to other potential discussants. It is no doubt a painful experience to those sued, even if vaccine advocates are confident that they have done nothing wrong.

Cervical cancer, the second-most common cancer in young women, is particularly prone to be found in the down trodden and in impoverished countries. But this is no endorsement for Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccines. In fact this is about revealing that HPV vaccines were created for only one reason and it wasn’t as a humanitarian effort to minimize cervical cancer. It was created by greed to create income for both a pharmaceutical company and USA governmental agencies National Institutes of Health/Health and Human Services (NIH/HHS) that owned the technology used in the vaccine under the cover of doing something beneficial – a “greater good.” The HPV vaccine has less value than snake oil – at least snake oil is rich in Omega 3 EFAs, and consuming snake oil won’t harm anyone, but the same cannot be said for the HPV vaccine. The World Health Organization (WHO) says Israel needs to saturate the environment with a bivalent live Oral Polio Vaccine (OPV) in the hope of ridding the country of natural wild poliovirus. If you don’t already know, wild type 1 polio virus has been detected in the sewage system in Israel, and is thought to have been brought in by a Bedouin from Egypt. Nobody is known to have had any clinical symptoms as a result, but the WHO and Israeli Ministry Of Health (MOH) believe that it may only be a matter of time before susceptible persons become paralyzed. All who have tested positive for the virus thus far, have gained immunity and are asymptomatic.

The South African Minister of Health, Dr. Aaron Motsoaledi, has announced that the government will be buying 520 000 doses of the HPV Vaccine to be given to young girls aged 9 and 10. This is due to happen in February 2014.

As a group of parents, grandparents, teachers, healthcare practitioners and citizens of South Africa, we are deeply concerned:

• There is a serious lack of scientific evidence that the HPV (Human papillomavirus) Vaccine is safe to give to young girls. After Gardasil (the name of the HPV Vaccine) was licenced and three doses given to 11 – 12 year old girls, there were thousands of reports of sudden collapse with unconsciousness within 24 hours, seizures, muscle pain and weakness, disabling fatigue, Guillain Barre Syndrome, facial and limb paralysis, brain inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, blood clots, optic neuritis, strokes, heart and other serious health problems, including death, following the receipt of this vaccine.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Parents who send their children to private schools in California are much more likely to opt out of immunizations than their public school counterparts, an Associated Press analysis has found, and not even the recent re-emergence of whooping cough has halted the downward trajectory of vaccinations among these students.

The state surveys all schools with at least 10 kindergartners to determine how many have all the recommended immunizations. The AP analyzed that data and found the percentage of children in private schools who forego some or all vaccinations is more than two times greater than in public schools.

In the first five months of 2012, NVIC staff and volunteers have helped citizens in Vermont and California take a stand in the historic state-based fight against Big Pharma, medical trade associations and government health lobbyists pressuring legislators to eliminate the legal right to exercise personal belief exemptions to vaccination in America. Personal belief exemptions include those for sincerely held religious, conscientious and philosophical beliefs.

The proliferation of new vaccines that have been added in the past 25 years to the government mandated child vaccination schedule, coupled with growing awareness that many highly vaccinated children are chronically ill, is powering the new citizen activism. Educated mothers and fathers have joined with enlightened health care professionals and are publicly defending the human right to exercise informed consent to medical risk-taking, which includes the legal right of parents of minor children to weigh the benefits and risks of vaccines and make voluntary vaccination decisions.

Educating One Legislator At A Time

Ground zero this year has been Vermont (S199) and California (AB2109). NVIC Director of State Advocacy, Dawn Richardson said, “We are educating one legislator at a time. Many are telling us that they have never taken a critical look at vaccine mandates and are surprised at what they are learning. They see smart, articulate parents taking a rational and principled stand for the freedom to make voluntary decisions about vaccinating their children and it is changing their views. They realize that a lot of the information being given to them by lobbyists, who are trying to take away personal belief exemptions, is just plain wrong.

Today, everybody knows somebody who was healthy, got vaccinated and was never healthy again. Among America’s highly vaccinated child population, today 1 child 6 is learning disabled; 1 in 9 is asthmatic; 1 in 88 develops autism and 1 in 450 becomes diabetic. Children are paying a high price for being forced to submit to one-size-fits-all vaccine mandates as many American parents are placed in the untenable position of choosing between protecting the health of their children and educating their children.

A Southwest Florida father is suing the Lee County School District over its immunization policy.

Acupuncture physician Robert Murdoch has not had his two teenagers vaccinated.

After extensive research, he's decided vaccines are not effective and even down-right toxic because some include mercury, aluminum and formaldehyde.

"People are being coerced into a medical treatment that has very suspect science behind it," he explains.

The school district granted his kids exemptions so they could go to school, but you'd never know you had that right by looking at the district's website.

Robert made a personal appeal to Superintendent Browder in hopes of making the exemptions known to parents, but his request was rejected.

And that's why he is suing, he wants you to know there are exemptions to the immunization requirement.

Administrators turned away hundreds of students in an Oregon county who did not comply with a previous ruling of mandatory vaccinations earlier this week.

School officials thought it would be appropriate to give children a green sticker of approval if they (and their parents) succumbed to the pressure imposed on them to receive the highly controversial flu vaccinations. Those without the sticker were told to go home.

Participants. A total of 151 720 children sampled between 1995 and 2001, 795 of whom were unvaccinated.

Results. Undervaccinated children tended to be black, to have a younger mother who was not married and did not have a college degree, to live in a household near the poverty level, and to live in a central city. Unvaccinated children tended to be white, to have a mother who was married and had a college degree, to live in a household with an annual income exceeding $75 000, and to have parents who expressed concerns regarding the safety of vaccines and indicated that medical doctors have little influence over vaccination decisions for their children. Unvaccinated children were more likely to be male than female. Annually, ∼17 000 children were unvaccinated. The largest numbers of unvaccinated children lived in counties in California, Illinois, New York, Washington, Pennsylvania, Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Utah, and Michigan. States that allowed philosophical exemptions to laws mandating vaccinations for children as they entered school had significantly higher estimated rates of unvaccinated children.

The question
What are the characteristics of children who have received no vaccinations compared with those who are undervaccinated and to those who are fully immunized?

The findings
In 2001, 62.8% of US children 19 to 35 months of age were fully immunized with all the vaccines that were recommended at that time. It was estimated that 3 children per thousand had never received any vaccines (unvaccinated). The study found marked differences in the characteristics between children who were completely unvaccinated, those that either received some vaccines, and those who were fully vaccinated as recommended.

Children who had received some but not all recommended doses (undervaccinated) tended to be black and had a younger, often-unmarried mother who had less education than fully immunized children. These underimmunized children were more likely to live in a household below the poverty level, with more children, and had moved across state lines.

Compared to undervaccinated children, unvaccinated children were more likely to be non-Hispanic white, have a mother who was older, married and who had a college degree. These children were more likely to live in a household with an annual income exceeding $75,000.
